1.Must have been an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated for a minimum of 10 years.
2. Must have provided exemplary service to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
3. Must submit 3 letters of recommendation from community leaders with application and a recommendation from the local chapter.
4. The nominee must be recommended by her chapter and financial on all levels.
5. Sorors of distinction who are deceased may be nominated posthumously.

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY
1. Complete the ASA Awards Nomination Application and Cover Page by the October 19, 2024, at 11:59 pm (CST) deadline
2.  Chapter may nominate only one Soror per year.
3. Nomination forms must be signed/verified by the chapter Basileus.
4. Nominee must have evidence of attendance at Boule, Regional, State meetings, and show evidence of regular attendance at regular chapter meetings.
5. Materials presented must be typed and no more than five additional pages of documentation will be accepted.
