Graduate Digital Scrapbook
Scrapbooks should be uploaded via the digital scrapbook form by October 9, 2026. The scrapbook
competition will include Graduate / Undergraduate Zeta Chapters and the Amicae Auxiliary. Upload the
scrapbook as a pdf file.
(Graduate) Judging will be based on:
1.Unique title of scrapbook
2.Design – the layout of the contents included
3.Information – images, captions, and dates from Z-HOPE initiatives, community involvement,
auxiliary and/or undergraduate collaborations (applicable to sponsoring chapters only), National
Initiatives and Observances, chapter events to promote the Sorority’s Founding Principles, chapter
accomplishments (SY 25-26), and Power of S.H.E. promotion.
4.Content – No more than 15 slides for the total presentation, including title page
5.Grammar- Professional word usage to convey the chapter’s accomplishments.

chapter events, National Initiatives and/or Observances, and promotion of the Founding Principles
(Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood) on the university’s campus.
4.Content –20 slides for the total presentation, including title page
5.Grammar- Professional word usage to convey the chapter’s accomplished work.
