Submitting Ads and Newsletters

FULL PAYMENT is required if submitted through the online form. Ads without payment will not be accepted. To make a payment online:

1. Full Page - $225 Click here to pay for Full page.

2. 1/2 page - $150 Click here to pay for 1/2 page.

3. 1/4 page - $75 Click here to pay for 1/4 page.

 

Specs and Requirements (Please share with your designer.)

•  We recommend saving your ad as a high-resolution PDF. You may also upload the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, and png.

• The minimum resolution is 300 dpi.

• MICROSOFT WORD, POWERPOINT, OR PUBLISHER DOCUMENTS are not accepted for the ad. We cannot guarantee that the appearance of your ad will be the same.

• Alabama State Association of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. assumes no responsibility for original artwork.

The Royal Blue Register Electronic Newsletter
Submit one article that summarizes the highlights of your chapter’s or auxiliary’s events during 2024-2025.

 

1.  The article must be 200 words or less.

2. Please include all information as a Word (.doc or .docx) document.

3. Each chapter may attach no more than 3 PHOTOS, NO COLLAGES will be accepted, (.jpg or .png format). These photos can be inserted into the Word document.​
