AWARDS NOMINATION
Deadline: October 9

All nominees/winners must meet the requirements listed in each category section; nominees/winners must be financial at the time of submission; nominees/winners in the SY 25 - 26 must not been under investigation. Please refer to each award category for additional requirements. Awards for recipients not present must be picked up by their Chapter Basileus (or designee) before the end of the conference. All nominations and supporting documentation may be submitted using the following link by October 9, 2026.

Criteria for Selection

Graduate Chapter of the Year

  • Complete the ASA Chapter Award Nomination Application and Cover Page

  • Graduate Chapter must be:

    • Financial on all levels and not under investigation in the SY 25-26

  • Provide documentation and photos of support and/or participation in:

    • Regional Project Participation

    • State Project Participation

    • Power of S.H.E. Implementation

    • Founders’ Day Program Implementation

    • Finer Womanhood Week Implementation

  • And at least 4* Z-HOPE Initiatives

**Based on your chapter size

Member Size:

5 to 50: at least 4 (with a max of 2 social media campaigns)

51-100: at least 6 (with a max of 3 social media campaigns)

101+: at least 8 (with a max of 4 social media campaigns)

  • In addition, the chapter must provide a summary of chapter accomplishments for the 2025-2026 sorority year, including but not limited to:

    • Scholarship Awards

    • Collaborations with community organizations in charitable events

    • Brief accomplishments of the chapter (grants received, city/county recognition, College / University recognition, etc.)

 

Graduate Basileus of the Year
The Graduate Basileus of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding previous Chapter Basileus for the SY 25-26 who advanced the mission of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated on the National, Regional, State, and Local level.

 

To nominate a Chapter Basileus for this prestigious award, the following is required:

  • Complete the ASA Awards Nomination Application and Cover Page

  • The Nominee must be:

    • Financial on all levels and not under investigation in the SY 25-26

    • Financial for at least three (3) consecutive sorority years

    • Served in the capacity of Chapter Basileus during the previous sorority year (2025-2026)

    • Be registered at the 2025 ASA Leadership Conference

Physical presence is not required to be eligible.

  • The submitted narrative must:

    • Be signed by the First Anti-Basileus

    • Provide a detailed depiction of the nominee’s ability to:

    • Show evidence of support of the State, Region, and International levels (Ex: conference attendance, personal donations, elected or appointed position held, etc.)

    • Include photos

    • Carry out her role to ensure the success of the chapter.

    • Be an effective leader with examples and documentation of the successes achieved by the chapter during her presidency.

 

Graduate Zeta of the Year

  • Complete the ASA Awards Nomination Application and Cover Page

  • The Nominee must be:

    • Financial on all levels and not under investigation in the SY 25-26

    • Financial for at least three (3) consecutive sorority years

    • Be registered at the 2025 ASA Leadership Conference

Physical presence is not required to be eligible.

The submitted narrative must:

  • Be signed by the Chapter Basileus

  • Describe the nominee’s capacity to uphold the sorority’s founding principles, leading to the advancement of the sorority, the chapter, and the well-being of the community.

  • Include documentation and photos of their contributions toward Zeta's Programmatic Initiatives and the promotion of Zeta’s brand. (Ex: led workshops or events to advance Zeta’s community reach, Screenshots/links to social media graphics to support documentation, photos of promotion of Zeta’s brand, etc.)

 

Undergraduate Advisor of the Year

  • Complete the ASA Awards Nomination Application and Cover Page

  • The Nominee must be:

    • Financial on all levels and not under investigation in the SY 25-26

    • Served in an Advisor capacity during the previous Sorority Year (2025-2026)

    • Be registered for the 2025 ASA Leadership Conference

Physical presence is not required for eligibility.

  • The submitted narrative must:

    • Be signed by the Chapter Basileus

    • Describe how the nominee carries out her role as an Advisor to ensure the success of the undergraduate chapter and the connection of the Graduate Chapter.

    • Include embellishment activities conducted for undergraduate members.

    • Include photos

Power of S.H.E
This inaugural award will be presented to the Graduate, Undergraduate, or Auxiliary (Amicae and Youth) Chapter that has advanced their community during the 2025-2026 Sorority Year by successfully implementing chapter/auxiliary initiatives to drive focus on Social, Health, and Economic Justice for women globally.

 

The submission must:

  • Include a narrative that clearly depicts the impact the chapter or auxiliary’s Power of S.H.E. program(s) had on the community

  • Include SWOT Analysis Alignment

  • Page 1- Title

  • Pages 2-7- at least one page per Social, Health, and Economic Justice, with photos and written explanatory highlights included on each page.

 

Judging will be based on:

  • Strong Measurable Community Impact

  • Creativity

  • Programs created to meet the needs outlined in the chapter/auxiliary’s SWOT Analysis

  • Content - 4-7 pages (including title page, photos, and documentation)

  • Information - images and captions of pictures from the implementation of the Power of S.H.E.

  • Grammar - Professional word usage to convey the chapter’s accomplishments

 

Amicae Auxiliary of the Year

  • Complete the ASA Amicae Award Nomination Application and Cover Page

  • Graduate Chapter must be:

    • Financial on all levels and not under investigation in the SY 25-26

  • Provide documentation and photos of support and/or participation in:

    • Regional Project Participation

    • State Project Participation

    • Founders’ Day Program Participation

    • And at least 4* Z-HOPE Initiatives

  • The Nominee must be:

    • Financial on all levels and not under investigation in the SY 25-26

    • Registered for the 2025 ASA Leadership Conference

  • The submitted narrative must:

    • Be signed by the Sponsoring Chapter’s Basileus and Auxiliary Sponsor

    • Describe her contributions to Zeta's Programmatic Initiatives 

    • Describe her personal and/or auxiliary affiliated accomplishments

      • Include photos
         

Zeta Youth Auxiliary of the Year

  • Complete the ASA Zeta Youth Auxiliary Award Nomination Application and Cover Page

  • Provide documentation and photos of support and/or participation in:

    • Regional Project Participation

    • State Project Participation

    • Four Strands Youth Curriculum

    • Power of S.H.E. Implementation

    • Finer Womanhood Week Participation

    • And at least 3 Z-HOPE Initiatives

  • In addition, the Zeta Youth Auxiliary must provide a summary of accomplishments for the 2025-2026 Auxiliary year, including but not limited to:

    • Collaboration with the Graduate Chapter or other Zeta Youth Auxiliaries

    • Collaboration with community organizations in charitable events
       

Z-HOPE (Zetas Helping Other People Excel)

Z-HOPE Awards will be awarded to Graduate chapters, Undergraduate chapters, Zeta Amicae Auxiliaries, and Zeta Youth Auxiliaries based on the SY 24-25.

ASA Reclamation Chapter Recognitions

SY ’25-‘26 ASA Reclamation Chapter Recognition
The ASA Reclamation Chapter Recognition formally recognizes the chapter with the "Most Unique Reclamation Activity" for SY '24-'25. The awards committee will review the submissions and determine the most unique activity.

  • Complete the ASA Awards Nomination Application and Cover Page by October 9, 2026, 11:59 pm (CST).

  • Reclamation activity submission should include but not limited to:

    • Flyers

    • Videos or pictures of reclamation activities


SY ’25-‘26 ASA Reclamation Chapter Recognition

The ASA Reclamation Chapter Recognition formally recognizes chapters that brought our Sorors home during the “discounted” Reclamation period of July 1 - September 30, 2026. Based on chapter size, the Graduate Chapter and Amicae Auxiliary with the highest growth will receive special recognition.

Reclamation Awards

 

  • Chapter or Amicae Auxiliary Size 5-25

  • Chapter or Amicae Auxiliary Size 26-50

  • Chapter or Amicae Auxiliary Size 51+

 

  • Please be advised that ZMS must show that a Soror or Amicae has been moved from “pending” onto your official roster for them to be counted towards the growth of the chapter or auxiliary.

  • Chapters and auxiliaries will not need to submit any documentation for this award. Data will be pulled directly from ZMS.
