Registration Instructions

TECHNOLOGY

The registration platform that will be used for the Alabama State Conference is through a google document.

By registering for this 2026 Alabama State Association Leadership Conference, you understand and agree that all ballots will be sent to the email address that you provide during registration. You will be responsible for having a device that is connected to the Internet and can receive emails during the 2026 Alabama State Association Leadership Conference. All ballots will be sent by email to the address you provided.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Please note, there is no on-site registration. Registration must be completed online using only a debit card, a major credit card, or the Pay Later Option. We recommend entering your email address to receive a receipt of payment.

1. REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY (IF PAY LATER OPTIONS ARE NOTE USED):

  • Registration fees are refundable (except processing fees) or transferable to another participant on or before September 1, 2026. After September 1, 2026, no refunds will be given; only transfers will be allowed.

  • Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing, along with a payment receipt, to Soror Chenita Starks, ASA Tamias-Grammateus, at alzetatg@gmail.com and cc Dr. So Juan N. Crenshaw, 23rd ASA State Director, at alstatedirector23@gmail.com by the dates specified.

2. PAY LATER OPTION:
If you desire a pay-later option, please contact our Tamias Grammateus at alzetatg@gmail.com. If pay-later option is used, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • All ticket or registration sales completed using any pay-later options are FINAL and NONTRANSFERABLE .. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Travel or weather-related issues

    •  Illness or personal emergencies

    • Inability to attend the event

    • Dissatisfaction with the event content, speakers, format, or experience

  • Pay Later Terms

    • If selecting Pay Later options, you agree to a separate payment agreement. Any questions or concerns regarding your payment plan should be directed to the Pay Later company you selected

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

  •  In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified with next steps. Refunds may be considered at the organizer’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed, regardless of the payment method used.

4. No Guarantee of Satisfaction

  • We strive to deliver high-quality programming and experiences. However, we do not guarantee satisfaction with the event content, structure, speakers, or overall execution. Refunds will not be issued based on individual expectations not being met.

5. Acknowledgment

  • By completing your purchase using a Pay Later option, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY AND/OR VIDEO BY THE ALABAMA STATE ASSOCIATION

By registering for the conference, either by mail or online, each registrant consents to being photographed and/or videotaped, and publication of any images in any form and by any form of media. Furthermore, the registrant releases the Alabama State Association of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated from all claims, demands, and liabilities related to all images.

COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT -- LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:  While participating in the Alabama State Association Conference held or sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, "social distancing" and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19.  Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR:  Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and to seek medical attention should they experience any of these or other symptoms during the Conference.  By participating in and/or attending the Conference, you acknowledge the health risks associated with the Conference.  You agree that if you experience any symptoms during the Conference, you will discontinue participating and seek appropriate medical attention.

REGISTRATION

Your first and last names should be the same in Zeta Member Services and on the Member Planer Registration.  Zeta Member Services is the platform that we paid our national, regional, and state assessments. 
 

*All Sorors who wish to attend the 2026 ASA Leadership Conference must be financial on all levels for the current (2026-2027) Sorority Year when they register.

Regular Registration August 1st-September  1st @ 11:59 p.m.

  • Zeta Graduate & Amicae - Regular Registration is $350.

  • Zeta Crystal Doves - Regular Registration is $325.

  • Life Members - Regular Registration is $325 each.

  • Undergraduate - Regular Registration (Includes Undergrad Retreat) is $250.

  • Undergraduate Retreat Only (Undergrads Only) is $175 each. 

  • Zeta Male Network/Phi Beta Sigma - Regular Registration is $325.

  • Graduate Member-At-Large (Regular Registration) is $350 each.

Late Registration September 2nd-October 3rd at 11:59 p.m.

  • Zeta Graduate & Amicae - Late Registration is $375.

  • Zeta Crystal Doves - Late Registration is $350.

  • Life Members - Late Registration is $350 each. 

  • Undergraduate- Late Registration ( Includes Undergrad Retreat) is $275

  • Undergraduate Retreat Only (Undergrads Only) is $200. 

  • Zeta Male Network/Phi Beta Sigma - Late Registration is $350.

  • Graduate Member-At-Large (Late Registration) is $375 each.
