Conference Yearbook

The Alabama State Association will offer each registered conference attendee the opportunity to purchase a yearbook. The yearbook will feature each registered conference attendee, each chapter photo, greetings from all levels of the Sorority, and much more. What an exciting way to document the history of Awesome Alabama.

 

If you order your Yearbook by the deadline, your name will be placed in the yearbook. Yearbook orders after the deadline will be accepted after the conference and will include shipping and handling charges.

We recommend saving your ad as a high-resolution PDF. You may also upload files in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, and png.
The minimum resolution is 300 dpi.
MICROSOFT WORD, POWERPOINT, OR PUBLISHER DOCUMENTS are not accepted for the ad.

We cannot guarantee that your ad will appear exactly the same.

The Royal Blue Register Electronic Newsletter
Submit one article summarizing the highlights of your chapter’s or auxiliary’s events during 2025-2026.
The article must be 200 words or less.
Please include all information as a Word (.doc or .docx) document.
Each chapter may attach no more than 3 photos (.jpg or .png format). These photos can be inserted into the Word document. NO COLLAGES will be accepted.
