HOTEL INFORMATION

Please note, you will have to be registered to reserve a hotel room under the room block.

Your confirmation email will include a Google Form for you to complete your Hotel Reservation Requests.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registrants are allowed only one (1) room per conference registration under the conference hotel block.

Please ensure that your Hotel Reservation and Conference Registration Name are exactly the same. This could cause a cancellation of your room reservation if the reservation name differs from the conference registration name.

Non-registrants cannot keep a hotel reservation under the conference hotel block. Any room reservation made by an individual before completion of their conference registration will be removed from the conference hotel block.
