The Life Member of the Year award is presented to a Life Member in the Alabama State Association to recognize the exceptional contributions given to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. In considering the award of Life Member of the year, the nominee should have demonstrated significant, sustained, and high-quality service. Please note the Criteria for Selection of Awards. Additional Criteria for Life Members:

• Complete the ASA Awards Nomination Application and Cover Page by the September 29, 2023 deadline

• The Nominee must be:

  • Financial on all levels and not under investigation in the SY 22-23

  • The Life Member must be active in her chapter during the previous sorority year (2022-2023)

  • The Life Member's length of service to the chapter shall be at least three (3) years as a Life Member.

  • Be registered at the 2023 ASA Leadership Conference 

  • The submitted narrative, signed by a Life Member, must describe the nominee’s contributions to the betterment of Zeta through Service and her promoting Zeta in her community.

  • Must be signed by the Chapter Basileus or First-Anti Basileus.

• Any financial Life Member may nominate another Life Member for consideration for this award.
