The registration platform that will be used for the Alabama State Conference is Member Planet. If you currently have a Member Planet account, you do not have to create a new one.
By registering for this 2023 Alabama State Association Leadership Conference, you understand and agree that all ballots will be sent to the email address that you provide during registration. You will be responsible for having a device that is connected to the Internet and can receive emails during the 2023 Alabama State Association Leadership Conference. All ballots will be sent by email to the address you provided.

Please note, there is no on-site registration. Registration must be made online only using a debit card, e-check, or major credit card. We recommend entering your email address to receive a receipt of payment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing along with payment receipt to Dr. So Juan N. Crenshaw, 23rd ASA State Director, at alstatedirector23@gmail.com and Soror Melody Jackson, ASA Tamias-Grammateus, at alzetatg@gmail.com by the dates specified below:
100% Refund (minus processing fee) if requested before September 2, 2024.
MemberPlanet processing fees are non-refundable.
CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY AND/OR VIDEO BY THE ALABAMA STATE ASSOCIATION
By registering for the conference, either by mail or online, each registrant consents to being photographed and/or videotaped, and publication of any images in any form and by any form of media. Furthermore, the registrant releases the Alabama State Association of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated from all claims, demands, and liabilities related to all images.
COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT -- LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION: Â While participating in the Alabama State Association Conference held or sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, "social distancing" and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Â Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR: Â Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and to seek medical attention should they experience any of these or other symptoms during the Conference. Â By participating in and/or attending the Conference, you acknowledge the health risks associated with the Conference. Â You agree that if you experience any symptoms during the Conference, you will discontinue participating and seek appropriate medical attention.
REGISTRATION
Your first and last names should be the same in Fonteva and Member Planet. Zeta Member Services is the platform that we paid our national, regional, and state assessments. Member Planet is the platform that will be used to register for the Alabama State Conference. This will assist in verifying your identity.
*All Sorors who wish to attend the 2024 ASA Leadership Conference must be financial on all levels for the current (2024-2025) Sorority Year when they register.

You will arrive at the ASA Member Planet website.

Click the “Join our Group” button.

Then click the “Create an account” link beneath the Log In button.

You can then follow the instructions to create a Member Planet account. Once you have answered all the questions, your request to join the ASA Member Planet will be submitted to the ASA Tamias Grammateus via email. Make sure that you indicate your chapter. If the question doesn't allow you to answer, please proceed to the next question until you are finished.

Member Planet will email you once the ASA Tamias Grammateus approves your account.
