HALL OF FAME AMBASSADOR NOMINATION

To be considered for the induction, the Soror:

CRITERIA

• Must be financial on all levels in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

• Must submit 3 letters of recommendation from community leaders with the application.

• Must be a member of the Alabama State Association Hall of Fame (criterion implemented in 2023).

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY

• Complete the ASA Awards Nomination Application and Cover Page by the October 19, 2024, at 11:59 pm (CST) deadline

• Must have provided exemplary service to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated on the National level as an appointed or elected officer.

• The nominee must have evidence of attendance at Boule, Regional, and State Meetings.

• Materials submitted must be typed, and no more than five additional pages of documentation will be accepted.
