HALL OF FAME AMBASSADOR NOMINATION
Deadline: October 9, 2026

The Alabama State Association Hall of Fame Ambassadors was established to recognize and celebrate distinguished members of the Alabama State Association Hall of Fame who have continued to demonstrate exceptional leadership and service to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through elected or appointed leadership positions in any capacity at the International level.

The Hall of Fame Ambassador distinction represents continued excellence beyond Hall of Fame induction. It celebrates Sorors whose leadership, service, and commitment continue to make an enduring impact upon Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated at the highest levels of our Sisterhood.

NOMINATION CRITERIA
To be considered for induction as an Alabama State Association Hall of Fame Ambassador, the nominee must meet the following criteria:
1. Financial Status
The nominee must be financial on all levels of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

2. Alabama State Association Hall of Fame Membership
The nominee must be an inducted member of the Alabama State Association Hall of Fame.

Implemented in 2023, and more than one Hall of Fame member from the same chapter may be nominated for Hall of Fame Ambassador induction only.

3. International Leadership and Service
The nominee must have continued to render distinguished service to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through an elected or appointed leadership position in any capacity at the international level.

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All nominations must comply with the following requirements: 

• Must be recommended by an Alabama State Association Hall of Fame Member

• Complete and submit the Alabama State Association Awards Nomination Application.

• The nominee must provide evidence of attendance at Boulé, Regional, and Alabama State Association meetings.

• All submitted materials must be typed and professionally prepared.

• Supporting documentation must not exceed five (5) additional pages.

• All nomination materials must be complete and submitted by the established deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
   

COHORT V – 2026 INDUCTION
Nominations are now being accepted for Cohort V of the Alabama State Association Hall of Fame Ambassadors. Selected honorees will be recognized and inducted during the: 2026 Alabama State Association Leadership Conference November 12–14, 2026 Mobile, Alabama

documentation must be received by the deadline.
