Dear Awesome Alabama and Guests,

 

On behalf of the Alabama State Association Executive Board, it is my honor and privilege to welcome you to the 2025 State Leadership Conference in vibrant Florence, Alabama.

 

This year’s theme—“Voices of Power: Celebrating Unity, Leadership, and Strength”—calls us to uplift one another, honor our collective leadership, and draw strength from our unified sisterhood.

 

The ASA Executive Board, together with our dedicated host chapters from Area IV, is excited to create a space where we lead with purpose, connect with intention, and amplify the impact of the awesome Alabama State Association. As we come together, we reaffirm our commitment to Finer excellence, sisterhood, and service—while embracing the powerful voices that continue to shape our beloved organization.

 

Throughout our time together, we will focus on:

• Putting members first

• Fostering sisterly resilience

• Enhancing organizational excellence through sound governance and strategic leadership

 

Together, we aim to strengthen our service to communities and to one another by empowering each other through knowledge, accountability, and vision.
