Vote Out Loud

December 7, 2017

To galvanize voters in advance of the December 12th polls, the broad coalition of partners is organizing a rally in Birmingham’s Kelly Ingram Park on Saturday December 9 @ Noon. Also known as Civil Rights Park, the location has strong historical significance for the civil rights movement. It also happens to be where the Women’s March took place in Birmingham in January 2017.

The objectives of the rally are to bring a positive, engaging message to the public about the importance of exercising your rights. In a democracy, the ballot box continues to be where we can make a real impact.

In times where the stakes are high, it becomes all the more important for the most people possible to vote in elections, so that their will is reflected in the outcome.
