TECHNOLOGY

The registration platform that will be used for the Alabama State Conference is Member Planet. If you currently have a Member Planet account, you do not have to create a new one.

By registering for this 2023 Alabama State Association Leadership Conference, you understand and agree that all ballots will be sent to the email address that you provide during registration. You will be responsible for having a device that is connected to the Internet and can receive emails during the 2023 Alabama State Association Leadership Conference. All ballots will be sent by email to the address you provided.

REGISTRATION

Your first and last names should be the same in Fonteva and Member Planet. Zeta Member Services is the platform that we paid our national, regional, and state assessments. Member Planet is the platform that will be used to register for the Alabama State Conference. This will assist in verifying your identity.
 

Regular Registration Closes October 11 @ 11:59 p.m.

  • Registration fee for Graduate Soror is $250 each.

  • Registration fee for Life Members is $225 each.

  • Registration fee for Life Member Luncheon is $50 each.

  • Registration fee for Undergraduate Sorors is $150. 

  • Registration fee for Undergraduate Retreat is $25 each. 

  • Registration fee for Amicae is $250 each.

Late Registration October 12 - October 18 at 11:59 p.m.

  • Registration fee for Graduate Sorors is $275 each.

  • Registration fee for Life Members is $250 each.

  • Registration fee for Life Member Luncheon is $50 each.

  • Registration fee for Undergraduate Sorors is $150. 

  • Registration fee for Undergraduate Retreat is $25 each. 

  • Registration fee for Amicae is $275 each.
     

Please note that there will be no on-site registration.

Registration must be made online only using a debit card, e-check, or major credit card. We
recommend entering your email address to receive a receipt of payment.

A small service fee will be charged based on the total amount paid. Payments can be made
at the registration link on the awesomealabamazetas.org webpage.


Registration Deadline

  • All registration closes on October 18, 2022, at 11:59 pm.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before October 18, 2022, and are subject to a processing fee which is equal to the cost of meals. MemberPlanet processing fees are non-refundable. Send cancellation request along with payment receipt to alstatedirector23@gmail.com and alzetatg@gmail.com.

Online Registration Instructions:

  • Go to https://www.awesomealabamazetas.org/

  • Click the "Membership Section" Button

  • Click the “ASA Member Planet” link

  • If you already have a Member Planet account Click Login in the top right corner. If you do not have an account you will need to create an account by clicking the “Create an account” link located beneath the login section, “Create an Account”.

  • Once you are asked to “Create your Group” enter your first and last names as one word.

  • For example, Jane Doe will read “JaneDoe” once you click in the “Group site URL address” text box your group name will appear. This group name can be anything you want it to be. Use your mobile number to complete your account verification. You will receive a verification code for the cell phone number you enter.

  • “Is your group Public or Private?” you can leave the default settings if you like. This part is up to you.

  • Answer the next set of questions how you prefer, or you can skip this option.

  • Follow the instructions to create an account.

  • Click the “Join our Group” Button

  • Then proceed to Create an Account or "Join Our Group" with your existing account. *If you already have a Member Planet account do not create a new one.

  • Just follow the instructions and submit your request once you have answered all the questions. Make sure you indicate your chapter. If the question will not allow you to answer, please proceed to the next question until you are finished. Once you submit, asaitmedia@gmail.com will receive an email with your request and we will grant your approval. The approval is not an automated process, please give us 24 hours to respond to your request.

Registration Info

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

We are following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) guidelines for COVID-19 and the Delta and Mu variants.

Social distancing and mask-wearing (or face covering) will be implemented throughout this conference. It is also recommended that you frequently wash your hands with warm running water for 20 secs or more.
